Ordering & Payments

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added for orders shipped to states where Wave2Oh is required to collect tax.​​

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping via trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $99 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refund

  • Return Window: You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Return Process: Email us at info@wave2oh.com with your order number to initiate a return. A return authorization (RMA) will be provided.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

  • Refunds: Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damage or Defective Items

  • Reporting: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Product Availability

  • Stock Levels: While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

  • Backorders: In the rare case of backordered items, we will notify you and provide an estimated restock date or alternative options.​

Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at info@wave2oh.com.

  • After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be returned in accordance with our return policy.​
