Returns
Eligibility: You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Opened or used chemicals
Customized or special-order products
Clearance or final sale items
Pool liners that have been unboxed
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect product. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
