    Returns

    • Eligibility: You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

    • Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

    • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

      • Opened or used chemicals

      • Customized or special-order products

      • Clearance or final sale items

      • Pool liners that have been unboxed

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

    Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect product. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
